What are shatter bars?

These delicious full-spectrum shatter bars are concentrated with a cannabis extract known as shatter. Shatter is a translucent, glass-like concentrate that is produced through a process involving solvents like butane or CO2 to extract cannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis plant material. Shatter Bars were originally created by a company based in Nanaimo known as Euphoria Extractions. Each shatter bar is infused with full spectrum extracts. There are a few great benefits to using full spectrum extracts and also infusing the edibles.

Full Spectrum Extracts (FSE)

So what are full spectrum extracts and how do they make edibles better? Full spectrum extracts give you the experience of the cannabis plant. This gives you a high that typically what we call “wider” and less linear. This is due to the different types of terpenes and cannabinoids that a cannabis plant has. Other edibles typically use THC distillate which is also an extract, but loses a lot of its natural compounds during the process. This provides distillate and distillate edibles the more “linear” high. This can also lead to building a tolerance for edibles over time.
